7. App Store and Marketplace Terms

Your rights to use an app may be limited by the marketplace through which you obtained it. Google, Apple, and other stores are independent operators and not parties to these Terms except where their rules require otherwise.

13. Smart Devices and Maintenance Services

Smart control system services, digital product integrations, and maintenance support may depend on hardware compatibility, network conditions, software versions, user environment, third-party components, and proper installation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, maintenance and repair timelines are estimates and may require user cooperation, access, diagnostics, or spare part availability.

14. Enterprise Services and Consulting

Enterprise digital transformation consulting, analytics consulting, cloud support, advertising agency services, or custom technology services may be governed by separate statements of work, service orders, proposals, invoices, or master agreements. In case of conflict, the signed commercial agreement controls for that specific enterprise engagement.

15. Intellectual Property

The website, software, design elements, brand identifiers, documents, source materials, content structure, interfaces, service marks, graphics, and related intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors unless otherwise stated. No ownership is transferred to you except for the limited use rights expressly granted.

16. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of the services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Where you use services on behalf of an organization, you are responsible for ensuring that your organization has a lawful basis for any personal data it instructs us to process.

17. Third-Party Services and Dependencies

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Henan Gezhi Network Technology Co., Ltd and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to the services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or the minimum amount required by law if greater.

21. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Henan Gezhi Network Technology Co., Ltd against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, breach of law, infringement of third-party rights, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized content or data submitted by you, to the extent permitted by law.

22. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, legal compliance, policy enforcement, fraud prevention, payment default, risk management, misuse, or platform requirements. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, payment, liability, privacy-related obligations, and dispute terms.

23. Export, Sanctions, and Compliance

You may not use or access the services in violation of applicable trade restrictions, export control rules, sanctions, or technology transfer laws. You are responsible for compliance with local laws that apply to your use of the services.

24. Governing Law and Dispute Handling

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered place of the service provider, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence. 25. Language and Interpretation

This English-language version is provided for international readability. If a bilingual or localized version is issued for specific legal or commercial purposes, the designated controlling version in the relevant agreement or notice will apply.

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in services, law, technology, app store policies, or business operations. Continued use of the services after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires a different consent mechanism.
